In December 2024, EnCap partnered with Memorial Assistance Ministries to give employees the opportunity to volunteer at their main office in Spring Branch. Volunteer activities included pricing and sorting through clothing donations, as well as creating Christmas crafts and decorating the campus for the holiday season. Employees also had the opportunity to interact with MAM employees and hear more about what MAM does for the community during a tour and lunch.

Memorial Assistance Ministries’ mission is to build stable families, a dynamic workforce and vibrant communities. Memorial Assistance Ministries has been serving the community since 1982 and has three different locations throughout the Houston area. Memorial Assistance Ministries provides life changing services including rent & utility assistance, financial empowerment, disaster assistance, employment services, literacy classes, immigration legal services and various health services. In addition to those services Memorial Assistance Ministries also supports the community through yearly events such as back to school and Christmas drives. Memorial Assistance Ministries serves over 12,000 people annually.
