Our Team

Natalie Rathjen is an associate at EnCap Investments. Prior to joining EnCap, Ms. Rathjen was an Associate at J.P. Morgan’s Infrastructure Investments Fund, where she focused on the execution of transactions and management of assets primarily in the power and utilities sectors. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Ms. Rathjen worked in decarbonization private equity as an Associate at Ara Partners.

Ms. Rathjen graduated from Princeton University, where she received a Bachelor of the Arts in Politics and certificates in Finance and Political Economy.
