Ian S. Morris is an Senior Associate of EnCap Flatrock Midstream. Mr. Morris supports all finance, administrative and accounting functions of EFM’s funds and portfolio companies. Prior to joining EnCap Flatrock Midstream in 2021, Mr. Morris was an Investment Banking Analyst at Evercore’s Corporate Advisory business in Houston, where he focused on M&A and capital structure advisory across the energy sector. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Morris was a Finance and Corporate Development Analyst at EPIC Midstream in San Antonio. Mr. Morris holds a B.S. in Accounting from Trinity University.
