Aspen Midstream is a Dallas, Texas-based midstream company primarily focused on the development of natural gas gathering, treating, processing, and transportation assets. Aspen’s Austin Chalk system currently spans Fayette, Washington, Austin and Waller counties in Texas.

Brazos Midstream is a full-service, private midstream company that provides innovative solutions across the midstream value chain to producer customers in the Permian Basin.

Candor Midstream owns and operates the SCOOP-to-North-Texas Rich Gas Gathering Pipeline System, which originates in northern Carter County, Oklahoma, and extends south across the Oklahoma-Texas border before it terminates at processing facilities located in Bridgeport, Texas. Its strategic location in the heart of Oklahoma’s SCOOP play provides regional producers with an immediate outlet to premium processing markets in north Texas, bolstering producer economics. The pipeline is managed internally by members of the team at EnCap Flatrock Midstream.

Cardinal Midstream Partners is an independent midstream company formed in 2022 to focus on the acquisition and development of natural gas gathering and processing opportunities, as well as congruent carbon capture and sequestration.

Clearfork Midstream is a Fort Worth, Texas-based midstream company primarily focused on the development of natural gas gathering, treating, and transportation assets in the Haynesville/Bossier shale. In February 2022, Clearfork acquired Azure Midstream Energy, which consists of natural gas gathering and treating assets that span across the core areas of the Haynesville Shale formation.

Edgewater Midstream is a Houston, Texas-based midstream company focused on the development of U.S. crude oil and refined products midstream assets. Edgewater's strategy is to leverage their relationships and experience to build a premier midstream service company focused on crude oil and refined products terminalling, transportation, storage, and related assets.

Greenfield Midstream is an independent energy company formed in 2017 and focused on the value-driven development of midstream infrastructure across North America. Greenfield offers natural gas gathering, processing, treating and compression; crude oil gathering and transportation; water handling; and product marketing.

In January 2018 Greenfield established Black Diamond Gathering, LLC, a joint venture with Chevron to provide crude oil gathering and storage services to producers in the Denver Julesberg Basin.
